Also keep in kind when studying herbs that the Erins didn't do a lot of research, so it's good to take information from multiple sources!

And that most of the herbs here do not have the effect that they do in the books, and can be harmful to cats and twolegs. So be careful with that.

It does, but it's best with lemon* in hot tea for maximum results.  Edit: not sure why I put honey instead of lemon, as honey was the subject! |
